How do increase popularity of http://www.holisticreal.com site ?

We have created a prototype at http://www.holisticreal.com. We are looking for tips to increase popularity and feature in more and more search results in google, yahoo and msn. We have done some reading on SEO but if you can give some pointers about which yahoo/msn/google groups to hang on would be very useful.

Creating a blog somewhere and linking to your site is a start. Make sure you actually blog regularly though

And the 2nd link to your website has a period in it at the end and doesn't work... remove the period
