How to submit my blog to yahoo,alexa and google?

I have a blogger blog http://worldoftsunami.blogspot.com/ how can i submit it to major search engines. I dont have any hosting account it requires me to upload my sitemap to my hosting a/c then only it will work. Is there any other alternative for submission in major search engines

Meta tags won't help with this.

There's no need to submit anything - whether it's a blog or a web site. The major search engines all do the vast majority of their site discovery by crawling links on web pages, blogs, etc.

So, rather than submit anything, you need to get links to your blog from other sites that are being crawled. The more you write on your blog, and the more you actively participate in the blogging community, the more likely someone will discover your blog and eventually link to it.

Join the discussion on other blogs. Usually when leaving a comment, you're allowed to include your URL. That alone should help people discover your blog. Just don't overdo it and spam all the other blogs.

After making the article how to get massive traffic from yahoo,one of my blog subscriber contacted me to know that how to submit blog in ask,moreover,Alexa and Google blog search manually. As submitting your blog in the search engines can give some traffic So I want to make this post. Basically it is not a difficult task. Just follow the below steps.
Submitting To Google Blog Search:
Open a new browser and copy and paste this Google Blog Search Ping Service . Type your blog url and click submit and you are done.
Submitting Alexa:
Just go to this address Alexa - Information for Webmasters and at the below of that page type your blog url and click crawl my site and you are done.
